Welcome to Edge Suite
Edge Suite is SaaStify's AI-powered product content and commerce management platform. It unifies your catalog, orders, and support operations in a single, modern interface.
Core Modules
- Catalog Edge — manage your product catalog, enrich content with AI, and handle bulk imports and exports
- Order Edge — track and manage orders across all your connected sales channels
- Support Edge — provide contextual help and manage support for your team and customers
Key Concepts
Products are the core of your catalog. Each product has a SKU, title, description, images, prices, and optional variants (such as size or colour).
Categories organise products into a hierarchy for easier navigation and discovery on your storefront channels.
Channels are your connected sales platforms — such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or custom data feeds — used for importing and exporting catalog and order data.
Job History tracks all bulk operations including imports, exports, and enrichment runs. Open it from the left-hand panel to check job status at any time.
Navigation
Use the left-hand panel to switch between modules and sections. The panel groups features by area — for example: Products, Categories, Import, Price Lists, Job History.
Getting Help
Use the Help panel within the app to find contextual documentation relevant to the screen you are on. You can also browse the full help centre from this site at any time.
