Creating New Products

Product Types

When creating a new product, you can choose from the following five product types:

1. Simple Product
   A standard, single product with no variations.
   Example: A single item like a water bottle.
2. Bundle Product
   A group of multiple products sold together as a package.
   Example: A combo pack of shampoo and conditioner.
3. Configurable Product
   A product that can be customized based on options such as size, color, or design.
   Example: A T-shirt with customizable prints or sizes.
4. Virtual Product
   A non-physical product that does not require shipping.
   Example: Services, subscriptions, or warranties.
5. Downloadable Product
   A digital product that can be downloaded after purchase.
   Example: E-books, software, or digital assets.

Steps to Create a New Product

1. Click on Add Product.

1. Select the desired Product Type (Simple, Bundle, Configurable, Virtual, or Downloadable).
2. Enter the SKU:
   • A SKU will be provided by default, or
   • Click on Auto-Generate to create one automatically.

1. Enter the Product Name.

1. Select the Category:
   • You can assign the product to one or more categories.

1. Click on Create Product.
