Channel Import

This method allows you to import products directly from external channels such as Shopify.

Steps to Import Products via Channel

1. Go to the Products module.

1. Click on Channel Import.

1. Select the Channel (e.g., Shopify).

Filter Options

You can filter the data you want to import using the following options:

• All Products
• Filter by SKUs
• Filter by Created Date Range
• Filter by Updated Date Range
• Filter by Entity IDs

Entity Type Selection

• Select Products to import product data
• Select Categories to import category data

Then, choose the appropriate Template.

Import Type Options

Select the type of import based on your requirement:

• Full Import
  Imports all products, categories, and related data
• Categories Import
  Imports only categories and related data
• Inventory Import
  Imports and updates only inventory data
• Price Import
  Imports and updates only pricing data
• New Products Only
  Imports only newly created products
• Modified Products Only
  Imports only products that have been updated

Fetch Configurations (For Channel Import)

Fetch Configurations allow you to control what type of data is imported from the selected channel. These options help you customize the import process based on your specific requirements.

You can enable or disable each option using the toggle button.

Available Fetch Options

• Fetch Images
  Imports product images and media files associated with the products.
• Fetch Metafields
  Imports custom metafields or additional attributes defined in the source channel.
• Fetch Variants
  Imports product variants such as size, color, or other variations.
• Flattening
  Flattens product variants into a simplified structure. This is useful when you want variant data in a single-level format instead of a hierarchical structure.
• Fetch Categories
  Imports product categories and collections from the source channel.
• Fetch Inventory
  Imports stock levels and inventory-related data.
• Fetch Prices
  Imports product pricing information.
• Create New Product
  Enables the creation of new products if they do not already exist in the system.

Final Steps

1. Enter your email address to receive a notification once the import is completed.
